Speak up
The Council believe that participation and consultation with
children, young people and their families are key requirements in the process
to develop children's services across Bexley over the coming years.
If this re-design of local services is to be successful it is essential those
people using the services have a voice and tell members of the Children's
Trust what they would like to help improve their quality of life, how services
need to be delivered, and what is working for them. Similarly we need to hear
what is not of value and what does not work so that decisions can be made at
a strategic level as to what we keep doing and what we stop doing.

"Every child and young person in Bexley has an equal right to play in
a safe and stimulating environment through a range of good quality formal and
informal play opportunities. Play is what children and young people do when
they follow their own ideas, in their own way and for their own reasons."
