I give notice that application is being made by Mr & Mrs D Taylor to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for Conversion of roof space involving alterations to existing roofline, including a dormer extension at side incorporating three dormer window extensions, a window with Juliet balcony to rear roofslope and three rooflights to side roofslope and erection of a single story side and rear wrap around extension.

The Bexley (Abbey Wood Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 14) Traffic Order 2024

  1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 8 January 2024 the above titled Traffic Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
  2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Orders would be to amend the Bexley (abbey Wood Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    a) Remove a section of the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 13 Lanridge Road, Abbey Wood.
    b) The parking bay section removed will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction that operates at the CPZ prescribed hours.
    There is a loss of a single parking place as the bay will be reduced from 16.0 metres in length to 9.0 metres.
  3. Copies of the proposed Order which becomes operational on 15 January 2024, the corresponding Parent Order (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Council’s Statement of Reasons making the Order and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.
  4. Persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the day on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court

Bronze Age Way, Belvedere - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable a grid connection and cable works by JSM Group on Behalf of Cory they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Lane closure of Lower Road (Abbey Wood Bound) and Bronze Age Way off Slip Thamesmead bound
    - Road Closure Bronze Age Way on Slip Thamesmead bound.
    - Speed reduction from 50mph to 30mph
    - Banned right turn from Bronze Age Way off slip to Lower Road and Lower Road (Westbound) onto Bronze Age Way
    - Banned right turn from Lower Road (Eastbound) to Bronze Age Way on Slip
  2. The Order will come into effect on 20 January 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
    - Diversion for Bronze Way Off Slip Closure -  Bronze Age Way off slip - Lower Road westbound – 2nd exit roundabout Picardy Manorway – Lower Road
    - Diversion for Bronze Age Way on Slip from Lower Road - Lower Road overpass – 3rd exit Church Manorway Roundabout – Lower Road and Lower Road – Picardy Manorway
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Gas Mains Replacement Scheme various roads in Bexley - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Main Replacement Works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition in roads detailed in Schedule One of this Order. These restrictions will be for the full length of the carriageway on both sides of the road until otherwise detailed in Schedule One of this Order
    - A Road closure to vehicular traffic in roads detailed in Schedule One of this Order restrictions to be removed when work is not required
  2. The Order will come into effect on 15 January 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, local diversions will be in place and signposted, when required.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Installation of electricity cable by Riverside Energy Park Limited they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Directional Road Closure to vehicular traffic on Thames Road from Crayford Way to Howbury Lane
    - Speed Reduction from 40mph to 30mph, from Perry Street roundabout to Burnham Road both sides of carriageway
    - Banned Turning movement on roundabouts where signposted as and when works require
    - Banned Turning movement from Iron Mill Lane, Mayplace Avenue, Kennet Road, Thames Road slip road preventing ingress and egress

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable a water connection by Morrison Water Services on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of Traffic (Road Closure) Between Collindale Avenue and Cavendish Road.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 22 January 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 7 Working Days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes routes will be via:

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable DDG Groundworks for a Sewer connection, the effects of which will be the introduction of No waiting no loading (parking bay suspension) opposite 2 to 4.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 15 January 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 Weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative routes will be required.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable Southern Gas Networks to lay a new service from the main, the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of traffic in Durham Road outside 14.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 15 January 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, the alternative route will be via Sidcup Hill, Lincoln Road, Warwick Road.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Highway improvement works by Lovell Partnership Limited they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of No Waiting No Loading (Parking Suspension) from Harrow Manorway Flyover For 20 meters. Both sides of the road.

    - Directional road closure from junction Lower Park Road to Brushwood Lodge
    - No waiting no loading from o/s 17 to Boyle House
    - Footway closure from Lower Park Road to Brushwood Lodge

The Bexley (New Eltham Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 8) Traffic Order 2024

  1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 8 January 2024 made the above titled Traffic Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
  2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Orders would be to amend the Bexley (New Eltham Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    a) Remove the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 14 Ermington Road, New Eltham
    b) The parking bay which currently operates between 9.30am and 11am, Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ’9.30am and 11am Monday to Friday’
    c) There is a loss of a single parking place
  3. Copies of the Order which becomes operational on 22 January 2024, the corresponding Parent Order (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.
  4.
