Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025

Olyffe Avenue, Welling - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable the repair of a collapsed pipe by Cappagh Contractors on behalf of Thames Water the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Olyffe Avenue at the junction with Lovel Avenue, Welling.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 19 May 2025  and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
    - Lovel Avenue, Burnell Avenue and reverse
    - Lovel Avenue, Upper Wickham Lane, Burnell Avenue and reverse
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

High Street, Sidcup - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Dig and Connect to undertake works in footway and carriageway outside 83 High Street, Sidcup, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of traffic – Directional closure from 73 to 92 High Street, Sidcup.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 24 May 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 9 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
    - Station Road, Hatherley Crescent, Faraday Avenue, Rectory Lane
    - Station Road, Elm Road, Chislehurst Road, Frognal Corner Roundabout, Chislehurst Road, Elm Road, Station Road, Pick up northbound diversion.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Notification Of An Application For Planning Permission Within The Parkhurst Conservation Area

Proposed development at Aysgarth, Cross Lane, Bexley

I give notice that application is being made by Mr R Manak to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (Approved Drawings) to alter footprint and elevations of planning permission Ref: 24/01696/FUL for the 'Erection of two single storey side extensions following the demolition of existing garage and conservatory. Incorporation of dormer windows to northwest and southwest roofslopes.'

Notice of Application for Planning Permission which is a Major Development

Proposed development at Century Wharf, Crayford Creek Road, Crayford.

I give notice that application is being made by Mr L Bicaku to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Erection of a upward extension and outward extension to an existing building in order to further develop the existing facility at Century Wharf Industrial Estate in order to improve efficiency and quality, and also enable the throughput of the wider facility to process an additional 70,000 tonnes per annum of mixed recyclables.
