Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2023
Cherrydown Road Sidcup - Notice of Intention
The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable repair to a collapse sewer by Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
Road Closure o/s 5- 7 Cherrydown Road
- The Order will come into effect on 27th November 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 12 Days
- Whilst the works are in progress, alternate routes will be provided via:
- Onslow Drive - Longmead Drive - Goodwin Drive and reverse
- Onslow Drive - Eaton Road - Goodwin Drive and reverse
- Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works
- The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016

Sun Court, Erith - Notice of Intention
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable J B Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- A road closure in Sun Court Erith, the entire length of the road, access will be provided for emergency vehicles, and when works allow
- No waiting or no loading in Sun Court Erith, the entire length of the road, both sides
- The Order will come into effect on 28th November 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
- Whilst the works are in progress, no diversion will be provided.
- Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
- The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Bilton Road, Erith - Notice of Intention
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable J B Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Road closure to vehicle traffic in Bilton Road from outside no 3 to the T junction with Bilton Road itself
- No waiting and no loading in Bilton Road from outside no 3 to the T junction with Bilton Road itself
- The Order will come into effect on 29th November 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 nights.
- Whilst the works are in progress, no diversion route will be required.
- Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Crayford Way, Crayford - Notice of Intention
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable J.B Riney on behalf of London Borough of Bexley for Highway improvement works they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- A road closure in Crayford way from Thames Road to Maiden Lane
- No waiting and no loading in Thames Road slip Road outside 104 to 116
- No Waiting no loading in Iron Mill Lane from Thames Road to Maiden Lane both sides of the road, restriction will be removed when not required
- No Waiting no loading in Maiden Lane from Iron Mill Lane to Crayford Way
- The Order will come into effect on 27th November 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 days
- Whilst the works are in progress, alternate routes will be provided via:
- Thames Road - Iron Mill Lane - Maiden Lane
- Maiden Lane - Mayplace Avenue - Thames Road slip
- Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 23 Pedestrian Crossings and Highways Act 1980
Section 90a Raised Features
Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Bexley proposes to install a new zebra crossing to Norman Road approximately 357 metres north of the rear of the footway of Parsonage Manorway. The crossing will include a raised crossing point to enhance road safety.
A further 2 full-width raised features are proposed on Norman Road approximately 315 metres and 395 metres north of the rear of the footway of Parsonage Manorway. These raised features will be to the north and south of the proposed raised crossing detailed above.
The purpose of the crossing point and raised features would be to assist accessibility to and from the Cory facility and the areas of designated parking.
A plan showing the location of all the above proposed raised features and crossing can be viewed during normal office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.
Any person wishing to object to these proposals should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof to the London Borough of Bexley, Engineering Services, Traffic & Road Safety Services, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT, or by email to traffic@bexley.gov.uk (including a full postal address) within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Notice of Application For Planning Permission Which Is A Major Development
Proposed development at Lord Kitchener Public House, 21 Wrotham Road, Welling.
I give notice that application is being made by to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:
Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 15 (Delivery Hours) of permission 19/01997/FULM to allow for the opening hours to be extended to sundays .The parent permission being for the for the Change of use of the ground floor of the existing public house (A4) to retail (A1), conversion of the existing first and second floor and alterations and extensions including a two storey (with accommodation in the roof) rear extension to form 19 apartments comprising of 10 x 2 bed and 9 x 1 bed apartments with associated car and cycle parking.
