Notification Of An Application For Planning Permission Within The Old Bexley (1987) Conservation Area 
Proposed development at: College Cottage, Vicarage Road, Bexley

I give notice that application is being made by K Thakkar to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:- Demolition of existing garage and erection of a single-storey building for use as beauty clinic (Sui Generis).

Members of the public can view the application, and submit any observations on the proposal, using the Planning Application Information Online system on the Council’s website using the following link:- https://www.bexley.gov.uk/services/planning-and-building-control/planning/view-and-comment-planning-applications. Notice of Application for Planning Permission within The Green Conservation Area and which notice of Application and which may not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan

Proposed development at: Former Public Conveniences,The Green, Sidcup

I give notice that application is being made by J Munur to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Change of use from public convenience (Sui Generis) to a therapy centre (Class E(e)) and erection of a detached building.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2021

Notice of Intention - South Gipsy Road, Welling

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable the installation of a new water connection in the footway and carriageway – land adjacent to 1 South Gipsy Road, Welling by Agility on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    (a) Waiting restriction – 3 x parking spaces outside and opposite land adjacent to 1 South Gipsy Road, Welling
    (b) Loading prohibition - 3 x parking spaces outside and opposite land adjacent to 1 South Gipsy Road, Welling
  2. The Order will come into effect on 28th September 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required. 
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

    (a) Prohibition of traffic from 28 Rye Close, Bexley to the junction with Rochester Drive, Bexley
    (b) Waiting restriction from 28 Rye Close, Bexley to the junction with Rochester Drive, Bexley
    (c) Loading prohibition from 28 Rye Close, Bexley to the junction with Rochester Drive, Bexley
  2. The Order will come into effect on 27th September 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, no diversion will be required.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable the resurfacing of the carriageway from 6 to 18 Edison Road, Welling by JB Riney on behalf of The London Borough of Bexley, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    (a) Prohibition of traffic from 6 to 18 Edison Road, Welling
    (b) Waiting restriction from 6 to 18 Edison Road, Welling and the entire length of Chaucer Road Welling (both sides of the road)
    (c) Loading prohibition from 6 to 18 Edison Road, Welling and the entire length of Chaucer Road Welling (both sides of the road)
  2. The Order will come into effect on 17th September 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative diversion route will be provided via:

These works will be carried out in two phases.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable carriageway resurfacing works from 302 Brampton Road, Bexleyheath to the junction with Abbotts Walk and from the junction with Okehampton Crescent to Long Lane Bexleyheath, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    • Prohibition of traffic from 302 Brampton Road, Bexleyheath to the junction with Abbotts Walk and from the junction with Okehampton Crescent to the junction with Long Lane Bexleyheath
  2. The Order will come into effect on 22nd September 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, a diversion route will be provided via:
    • Eastbound Diversion: King Harolds Way, Bedonwell Road, Woolwich Road, Brampton Road, West Heath Road, and reverse.
    • Westbound Diversion: Okehampton Crescent, Lodge Hill, Longleigh Lane, West Heath and reverse
    • Southbound Diversion on Brampton Road, Crook Log, Park View Road, Upper Wickham Lane, Okehampton Crescent, and reverse.
    • Eastbound Diversion on Long Lane, Bedonwell Road, King Harolds Way.
    • Eastbound Diversion on King Harolds Way, Bedonwell Road, Long Lane, Pickford Lane, Bowford Avenue, Brampton Road. 
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

    (a) Prohibition of traffic the entire length of The Chase, Bexleyheath from the junction with Long Lane, Bexleyheath
    (b) Waiting restriction, the entire length of The Chase, Bexleyheath from the junction with Long Lane, Bexleyheath (both sides of the road)
    (c) Loading prohibition, the entire length of The Chase, Bexleyheath from the junction with Long Lane, Bexleyheath (both sides of the road)
  2. The Order will come into effect on 19th September 2021 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required. However, access will be maintained.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Notice of Making an Order - Crusoe Road to Sandcliff Road Erith - Footpath 18

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned footpath, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an Order has been made to enable repairs to fence by Lanes Group plc on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be to close Footpath 18 to pedestrian traffic between Crusoe Road and Sandcliff Road, Erith
  2. The Order will come into effect on 9th September 2021 and is valid for a period of 6 months.  However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 months
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, Sandcliff Road, Church Road, Alford Road will be available for pedestrians.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform, to emergency service personnel or to persons undertaking the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
