Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2023

Maidstone Road, Sidcup - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable highway improvement works, by J B Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - A road closure to vehicular traffic on Maidstone Road Sidcup, from Footscray High Street to outside number 73.
    - No Waiting and no loading on Maidstone Road Sidcup, from Footscray High Street to outside number 73, both sides of the carriageway.
    - Removal of the banned left turn only making 5 Arches left and right turn
    - Removal of the weight limit restriction in Maidstone Road
  2. The Order will come into effect on 24 October 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via Cray Road, Crittals Roundabout, Edginton Way, Maidstone Road and reverse.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Sandhurst Road Sidcup - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable a service pipe relay by Thames Water, the effects of which will be the introduction of A road closure to vehicular traffic in Sandhurst Road outside 16 to 20.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 23 October 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, a diversion route will be provided via:
    - Station Road, Crescent Road, Christchurch Road, and reverse
    - Station Road, Victoria Road, Christchurch Road, and reverse
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Bedonwell Road, Brabourne Crescent, Chiddingstone Avenue, Bexleyheath - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable a gas main replacement by JDT utilities on behalf of SGN, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - No waiting no loading on Bedonwell Road from Lenham Road to outside 344, both sides of the carriageway
    - No waiting no loading on Chiddingstone Avenue, full length, both sides on the carriageway
    - No waiting, no loading in Brabourne Road, full length, both sides on the carriageway
    - Road closure to vehicle traffic in Chiddingstone Avenue, from Stapleton Road to Hurlingham Road
    - Road closure to vehicle traffic in Brabourne Crescent, to and from Stapleton Road
  2. The Order will come into effect on 30 October 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative will be provided via:
    - Diversion for Brabourne Crescent – Stapleton Road, Chiddingstone Avenue, Hythe Avenue, Bedonwell Road and reverse
    - Diversion for Chiddingstone Avenue– Stapleton Road, Bedonwell Road, Hythe Avenue and reverse
    - Diversion for Chiddingstone Avenue Hythe Avenue, Stapleton Road, and reverse
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable highway improvement works, by J B Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - A road closure to vehicular traffic in Gilbert Road Belvedere from the junction of Sheridan Road to o/s 63
    - No waiting and no loading in Gilbert Road Belvedere, from the junction of Sheridan Road to o/s 63, both sides of the carriageway
  2. The Order will come into effect on 23 October 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via Picardy Street, Picardy Road, Woolwich Road, New Road, Abby Road, Gilbert Road, and reverse.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable to undertake highway improvement works, by J B Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    a) A road closure to vehicular traffic in The Drive Sidcup, 10 meters past no 1 to outside 9
    b) No waiting and no loading in The Drive Sidcup, outside 10 meters past no 1 to outside 9, both sides of the carriageway
  2. The Order will come into effect on 23 October 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 Day.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative diversion route will be provided via The Drive, Rectory Lane, Bexley Lane, Faraday Avenue, Hatherley Crescent, Alma Road, Lansdown Road, and reverse.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable a service pipe relay by Thames Water, the effects of which will be the introduction of A road closure to vehicular traffic from 28 Eastleigh Road to Midfield Avenue.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 23 October 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative diversion will be provided via:
    - Manor Way, Beverley Road, and reverse
    - Midfield Avenue, Westfield Road, Beverley Road, and reverse

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable MP Refurbishment Ltd to erect scaffolding along Bull Alley, Welling they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of traffic along Bull Alley from the junction with Welling High Street to the junction with Orchard Road, Welling.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 30 October 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via Welling High Street, Upper Wickham Lane, New Road, Orchard Road, and reverse.

I give notice that application is being made by My Future Living to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for Non material amendment to allow use of warden's flat for age restricted accommodation by removing reference to warden in description of development and condition 5 of the historically approved application 86/01011/FUL which allowed the Proposed erection of a two storey block of 18 residential units for the elderly, plus warden's flat and communal facilities and new access road.
