I give notice that application is being made by C & O Property Holding Ltd Leslie Osborn to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:-

Erection of a detached three storey and a detached two storey building to provide 3 commercial units and associate vehicular parking.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2022

Lion Road, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable Roe Timber Frame on behalf of Magnum Properties to deliver material deliveries in Lion Road and the junction with The Broadway, Bexleyheath, the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of traffic on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during off peak hours. The times and dates of the planned prohibition are based on the information available and may need to be varied as work progresses.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 25 July 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 16 weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, alternatives routes will be provided via:
