Notice Of Variation - Revised Charges For Off-Street Car Parks

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley, pursuant to section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, intend to increase the charging tariffs for season tickets at Westwood Lane car park Welling in the Borough of Bexley, with effect from Thursday 13 May 2021.

A Notice of Variation for off-street car park charges was published on 7 April and the provisions in that notice in relation to season ticket charges at this car park are superseded by these charges. Other parking charges remain as the notice of 7 April.

The Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 8) Traffic Order 2021

  1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 19 April 2021 made the above-mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
  2. The general effect of the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 8) Traffic Order 2021 would be to amend the Bexley (Crayford Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to:
    (a) remove a section of the Resident Permit parking place in front of No. 77 Heath Road, Crayford.
    (b) the section of parking bay which currently operates between 9am and 11am, Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ‘9am and 11am Monday to Friday’.
  3. Copies of the Order which becomes operational on 26 April 2021, the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.
  4. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Michael Wenbourne on 020 3045 3943.
  5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not made within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may make application for the purpose to the High Court before the expiration of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made.

Notification Of An Application For Planning Permission Within The The Hollies Conservation Area

Proposed development at 7 Rowanwood Avenue Sidcup Kent.

I give notice that application is being made by Mr T Khan to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for Alterations to roofline incorporating four rooflights in the rear roofslope to provide rooms in the roofspace (Revision to 20/03390/FUL).

Members of the public can view the application, and submit any observations on the proposal, using the Planning Application Information Online system.

Alternatively, the application can be viewed electronically from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.
