Notification of an Application for Planning Permission within the Christ Church Conservation Area - Proposed development at 2 Crescent Road Sidcup Kent

I give notice that application is being made by Mr D Thurston to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Retention of dormer windows and roof lights to rear roof slope.

Notice of Application for Planning Permission which is a Major Development - Proposed development at Bursted Woods, 219 Erith Road, Bexleyheath

I give notice that application is being made by BexleyCo Homes to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Redevelopment of site to include the retention, refurbishment and conversion of the former Bexley Maternity Hospital and the erection of three new buildings to provide a residential development of 117 new dwellings comprising 28 x 1 bed, 74 x 2 bed, and 7 x 3 bed flats and 8 x 3 bed dwelling houses with vehicular access from Erith Road, and associated public realm, landscaping, amenity space, parking, servicing , and refuse/recycling storage.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2023

Robina Close, Bexleyheath - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Highway improvement works by JB Riney on behalf of London Borough of Bexley they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
  • Prohibition of traffic (Road closure) O/S and OPP 5 to 9 
    Access to remain open to residents at all times
  • No waiting, no loading (Parking suspension) O/S and OPP 5 to 9
  1. The Order will come into effect on 29 January 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 8 days.
  2. Whilst the works are in progress no alternate route will be required.
  3. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  4. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Gas Mains Replacement Scheme in Bristow Road, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Main Replacement Works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
  • Waiting restriction and loading prohibition on both sides of the carriageway in Bristow Road, Bexleyheath
  • A road closure to vehicular traffic in Bristow Road restrictions to be removed when work is not required and all road closures to be during off peak hours
  1. The Order will come into effect on 29 January 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.
  2. Whilst the works are in progress, local diversions will be in place and signposted, when required.
  3. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  4. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Gas Mains Replacement Scheme various roads in Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Main Replacement Works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
