The Bexley (Falconwood Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. 2) Traffic Order 2022

  1. Notice is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 1 August made the above-mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
  2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend the Bexley (Albany Park Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    a) Davenport Road, Sidcup - minor changes to the layout of parking places within the Order designations, without physically changing any locations on the ground outside of No. 6 Davenport Road, Sidcup.
  3. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    a) Ethronvi Road, Bexleyheath: - minor changes to the layout of parking places within the Order designations, without physically changing any locations on the ground outside of No. 41 Ethronvi Road, Bexleyheath.
  4. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Order would be to amend the Bexley (Falconwood Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    a) Northumberland Avenue, Welling: - to convert the existing ‘residents permit parking place’ outside of No. 111 Northumberland Avenue, Welling to a Disabled Persons Parking Bay operating ‘at all times’.
  5. Copies of the Order which becomes operational on 8 August 2022, the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.
  6. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Michael Wenbourne on 020 3045 3943.
  7. Persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the day on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Notice is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 1 August made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.

The Bexley (Waiting and Loading) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2022

Notice is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above-mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6, and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

  1. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2022 would be to:
    a) amend no waiting at any time restrictions on Crabtree Manorway North between its junction with Anderson Way and its northern extremity.
    Note: The above Traffic Management Order is proposed to prevent parking to assist traffic movement to and from a new development site (Burts Wharf).
  2. Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended those Orders), the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and a plan which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.

The Bexley (Sidcup Town Centre) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2022

  1. Notice is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above titled Traffic Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
  2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Orders would be to amend the Bexley (Bexleyheath Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    a) Remove the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of No. 19 Harding Road, Bexleyheath.
    b) The parking bay which currently operates between 10am and 12pm, Monday to Friday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ’10am and 12pm Monday to Friday’.
    c) There is a loss of a single parking place.
  3. The general effect of the above-mentioned Amendment Orders would be to amend the Bexley (Sidcup Town Centre) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018:
    a) Remove the existing ‘Resident Permit or Limited Waiting 2 hours no return within 1 hour Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm’ in front of No. 10 Craybrooke Road, Sidcup.
    The parking bay which currently operates between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ’9am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday’.
    b) Convert the existing ‘Limited Waiting 1 hour no return within 1 hour Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm’ to a ‘Resident Permit or Limited Waiting 2 hours no return within 1 hour Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm’ outside of No. 5 Craybrooke Road, Sidcup.
  4. Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, DA6 7AT.   5. Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2022

(Thames Road Crayford) - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable Cubic on behalf of TFL, to replace and upgrade the current static traffic lights, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    • Suspension of the cycle lane in Thames Road Between the roundabout at Crayford Way and Iron Mill Lane, both sides of the carriageway.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 13 August 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 weeks.
    Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required.
  3. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
