Notice of Application for Planning Permission which is a Major Development and which may not Accord with the Provisions of the Development Plan;

Proposed development at Woollett Hall Farm, Water Lane, Sidcup

I give notice that application is being made by Beck Evans (2000) Limited to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Removal of condition 5 (Personal use) on planning permission 05/03336/FULM which granted permission for alterations and change of use of the barn from agricultural store to dual use as a children's play barn and educational facility with dual use of parts of the farm for recreation/educational activities/agriculture as farm diversification. Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2022

Knee Hill, Abbey Wood

Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable JB Riney on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    • Prohibition of traffic on Knee Hill at the junction with Hurst Lane to the entrance of Footpath 3 near Lamp Column No 10
    • Waiting restriction on Knee Hill at the junction with Hurst Lane to the entrance of Footpath 3 near Lamp Column No 10
    • Loading prohibition on Knee Hill at the junction with Hurst Lane to the entrance of Footpath 3 near Lamp Column No 10
  2. The Order will come into effect on 19 July 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
    • Whilst the works are in progress, alternative routes will be provided via:
      • Eastbound Diversion: Bostal Hill, Basildon Road, Mcleod Road, and reverse
      • Westbound Diversion: Woolwich Road, New Road, Abbey Road, Abbey Wood Road, Knee Hill
  3. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  4. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable JSM Group on behalf of Gas Transportation Ltd to install electrical ducts and cables in the carriageway, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    • Waiting restriction from 283 to 295 Bellegrove Road, Welling
    • Loading prohibition from 283 to 295 Bellegrove Road, Welling
    • Cycle Lane suspension on Bellegrove Road from the junction with Wickham Street to the junction with Sherwood Road, Welling
  2. The Order will come into effect on 14 July 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 14 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable SQS Ltd/Shift Traffic Ltd on behalf of Thames Water to conduct repair and maintenance works, the effects of which will be the introduction of: 
    • Prohibition of traffic – Banned right hand turn southbound on Bexley Road into Northumberland Park, Erith
  2. The Order will come into effect on 12 July 2022 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via:
    • Bexley Road around the roundabout to back to Northumberland Park, Erith
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Waldron Telecom on behalf of EE to conduct essential upgrades of mobile telecommunication equipment, the effects of which will be the introduction of: 
    • Prohibition of traffic to traffic on Cross Road from the junction with Rectory Lane to the junction with Sidcup Hill, Sidcup
  2. The Order will come into effect on 12 July and every Tuesday until 2 August 2022 from 08:00 to 18:00 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via:
    • Rectory Lane, Sidcup Hill, and reverse
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
