- Two areas of land at Hall Place and Gardens, Bourne Road, Bexley DA5 1PQ, as shown coloured pink on plan 1 numbered BVS7830B, and as shown on the enlarged plan 2 numbered BVS7830C, which land extends to approximately 9,277.6 metres. The land is to be disposed of for a term of 20 years.
- The Lodge, Hall Place, Bourne Road, Bexley, DA5 1PQ, as shown edged red on plan numbered BVS5394A, which land extends to approximately 164 square metres. The land is to be disposed of by way of the grant of a lease for a term of 5 years.

- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable highway improvement works by a Council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic in Martens Close, Bexleyheath from the junction with Martens Avenue to end of road.
- Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition from the junction with Martens Avenue to end of road (both sides of the carriageway)

Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as Amended) - Town And Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as Amended
Notice of Confirming an Article 4 Direction
Notice is hereby given that on 3 January 2025 London Borough of Bexley confirmed a Direction under Article 4(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) (“the Order”) to withdraw the Permitted Development right for changes of use from Class E (commercial, business and service) to a use falling within Class C3 (dwelling houses) of that Order.
The Direction comes into force on 8 January 2025.
The extent of the Article 4 Direction, as mapped, applies to selected existing buildings within the borough’s designated industrial areas (as indicated on the maps). Planning permission will therefore be required for changes of use from Class E to Class C3 under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015.
The effect of the Direction is that permission granted by Part 3 of the Order shall not apply to the development specified above and such development shall not be carried out within the areas to which the Direction applies, unless planning permission is granted by the Council as the local planning authority.
