The High Court has confirmed that the ULEZ Judicial Review by a coalition of councils into the proposed expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ), will take place on Tuesday 4 July and Wednesday 5 July.
The hearing was initially expected to last one day however since the coalition comprising the London boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Hillingdon and Harrow, along with Surrey County Council were successful in its appeal on 26 May, in getting two additional grounds for challenge previously rejected to proceed, the time allocated for the hearing has therefore been increased to two days.
The Judge will decide whether to release Judgement at the end of the hearing on 5 July or reserve judgment to a later date.
