It’s Youth Mental Health Day on Thursday 22 September. Each year, the day aims to get young people, their families and friends talking about mental health.

Youth Mental Health Day (YMHD) is an opportunity to share experiences and provide hope and support for young people. It aims to get young people, and those who support them, engaging in discussions about how to improve mental health.
