If you’re aged 40 to 74 and live in Bexley, you can get a free health check if:

• you haven’t had one within the last five years
• you haven’t had a stroke or already been diagnosed with heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes or kidney disease

Your GP will let you know when you can come in for yours. If you haven’t been invited yet and know you’re eligible, you can just call your GP surgery to book yourself in. If you book but don’t attend, they won’t ask again for another five years - so you should turn up even if you feel generally well.
