Public register of licensable houses in multiple occupation
The Council has a duty under section 232 of the Housing Act 2004 to maintain a public register of all Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) licences, together with any temporary exemption notices served and details of any interim or final management orders made.
Please see Public register of licenced HMOs (CSV, 8KB) for details on whether the property you are interested in has an HMO Licence.
Currently, there are no Temporary Exemption Notices or Management Orders in place.
