Bexley Dodgers Boccia Club runs competitive and recreational sessions for people with physical and learning disabilities, and for people with hearing or sight loss.

The Super 1s programme gives young people aged 12 to 25 with disabilities the chance to regularly play cricket. It is run by Lord's Taverners through Kent County Cricket Club.

Bexley Deaf Centre runs a mixed male and female British Sign Language friendly walking football team for deaf, hard of hearing and hearing players. Players must be over 18 years of age and are encouraged to sign.

Parkinson’s Steps to Health - offers exercise on a 1 to 1 basis as well as a group session.

If you are in receipt of disability benefit you are entitled to a Free Saver Card giving the user discounts to the Parkwood Leisure Centres in the borough (Crook Log, Sidcup and Erith Leisure Centre*). Carers accompanying a user with a disability are entitled to free entrance into the facilities. Additional costs will be charged to the carer if they wish to take part in an activity. *Erith Leisure Centre has accessible gym equipment for people with disabilities. These include a handcycle, a low recumbent bike, a rowing machine with chair and backrest, and an accessible stretching and free weights area.
Bexley Beavers provides swimming for people with disabilities, their families, carers and friends - an opportunity for the whole family to enjoy a good swim. They have exclusive use of both the large and small pools for this time period and are open to all ages and all disabilities.
