Changing/updating your Garden Waste account

If you are already a member of the garden waste service this is where you can manage and update your garden waste service account.

Changing your address

If you are moving property within the Borough you can take your garden waste membership with you. You must take your bin with you and notify us of your new address otherwise you will be charged for a new subscription at the new address.

Changing your contact details and email address

Keep your account contact details and email address up to date so that you receive the service documentation as required.

I want to increase/ decrease the number of bins

Members of the service can have up to five bins at their property for the collection of garden waste. You can increase or decrease the number of bins that you have online

Cancelling your membership

  • if you no longer wish to have the garden waste service at your property your membership can be cancelled online 
  • if purchasing the service for the first time, you have 14 calendar days from the day after you sign up to cancel the service and receive a full refund
  • if you notify us after 14 calendar days of signing up, we have the right to retain all of the annual fee as a contribution towards any losses or costs that incurred as a result of your cancellation
