Notification Of An Application For Planning Permission Within The Green Conservation Area

Proposed development at 10 Carlton Road Sidcup Kent.

I give notice that application is being made by Ms. T Hendron to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for Erection of single storey rear extension following demolition of existing rear extension.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2024

Blackfen Road, Sidcup - Notice of Intention

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable JB Riney on behalf of The London Borough of Bexley to enable highway improvements in Blackfen Road, Sidcup they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - prohibition of traffic on Blackfen Road from the junction Ramillies Road to the junction with Westerham Drive, Sidcup
    - waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Blackfen Road from the junction Ramillies Road to the junction with Westerham Drive, Sidcup (both sides of the road)
  2. The Order will come into effect on 6 May 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 nights from 1900 to 0200.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via Wellington Avenue, The Oval, Willersley Avenue, Halfway Street, Hurst Road, Penhill Road and reverse.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable the collaborative works on the gas and water networks by JB Brown on behalf of Thames Water and JDT utilities on behalf of Southern Gas Networks they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - prohibition of vehicular traffic (road closure) in Wickham Street, Welling from Bellegrove Road to Chaucer Road, Welling
    - no waiting no loading (parking restrictions) in Wickham Street, Welling from Bellegrove Road to Chaucer Road, Welling
    - banned turning movements preventing ingress and egress of Wickham Street, Welling at the following junctions:
    - Peters Close, Welling, Sandringham Drive, Welling
    - access to remain open for Hill View Cemetery, Wickham Street, Welling
  2. The Order will come into effect on 6 May 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 16 Weeks.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
    - Edison Road – Wickham Street
    - Bellegrove Road – Welling High Street – Park View Road – Crook Log – Brampton Road – Okehampton Crescent – Upper Wickham Lane – Wickham Street and reverse
    - Localised diversion will be signposted
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable a lamp column replacement scheme by FM Conway on behalf of London Borough of Bexley they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - prohibition of traffic (road closure) of Banks Lane, Bexleyheath
    - no waiting and no loading, yellow line restriction at any time in Banks Lane, Bexleyheath
    - no waiting and no loading, yellow line restriction at any time in Mayfield, Bexleyheath
    - no waiting and no loading, yellow line restriction at any time in Upland Road, Bexleyheath
    - no waiting and no loading, yellow line restriction at any time in Lane End, Bexleyheath
    - no waiting No Loading (parking restrictions) as detailed in schedule one of this order. These restrictions will be for the full length of the carriageway on both sides of the road until otherwise detailed in Schedule One of this Order.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 7 May 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative route will be required.
