Due to cold weather, some bins and food caddies cannot be emptied because they are frozen. Please check bin lids open freely before putting them out for collection. The crews will try to empty frozen bins, but if this isn’t possible, please wait until your next scheduled collection, as we cannot return to empty bins again.
