Apply for support from the Crisis and Resilience Fund

Use this service to:

• apply for crisis and resilience fund support

Completion takes around 20 minutes.

Before you start

You must live in the London Borough of Bexley and be aged 16 or over to be eligible for support

You need to provide the following information:

• your National Insurance number
• your Council Tax account number (or the name of the person who pays Council Tax at your address)
• details of all income your household receives, including the type, amount and how often it is paid
• details of anyone else living in your household, including their date of birth and any income they receive
• supporting evidence documents, including:
  • three months of bank statements
  • ID, such as a valid passport or driving licence
  • proof of address
  • relevant health information and documents
  • any other documents evidencing the need for support

If you are applying on someone else's behalf, you will need their details to hand.
