About this dataset

The dataset contains polygons for Article 4 direction areas within the London Borough of Bexley. An article 4 direction is a direction under article 4 of the General Permitted Development Order which enables the Secretary of State or the local planning authority to withdraw specified permitted development rights across a defined area.

Bexley is one of the Local Planning Authorities that received Government funding to improve their planning services through the Local Digital Fund. This aims to digitise Planning to make land and housing data easier to find, understand, use and trust. This data is also available on the Map of planning data for England

Licence

This dataset has been published by the London Borough of Bexley under the Open Government Licence (OGL) (v3). The licence has been applied following the Public Sector Geospatial Agreement 'presumption to publish' process in December 2022.
