Tone, Tighten, Trim We use specific muscle groups protecting vulnerable areas like our, spine, hips, knees and ankles. The purpose of Dancercise is to build core strength and stamina, increase flexibility, improve co-ordination and concentration. Exercising the muscle groups in the upper and lower body builds core strength. “Stepping” moving in step in all directions, strengthens the feet and legs and builds stamina. Stretching increases flexibility and warms up and cools down the muscles at the beginning and end of the class. Linking alternate movements of arms and legs and learning to align the body improves co-ordination and concentration. Learning a variety of exercise and dance routines to music will greatly improve the memory.

Tone, Tighten, Trim for the over 50's.
