What to Expect

  • A vibrant, family‑friendly festival celebrating wellbeing, sustainability, creativity and community, with activities, workshops and performances happening all day in the Monks Garden.
  • Perfect for families, wellness lovers, eco‑fans and anyone who loves a good festival vibe. 
  • There will be a large clothes swap, so bring some items of clothing and swap them for others!

  • Star stretch tent chill‑out zone

Kids Zone

  • Face painting
  • Mini sports day with Mini Wave (football, tennis, races, skipping, hurdles, soft javelin)
  • Craft stations: nature crafts, crochet, suncatchers
  • Taru drum, dance workshops and mask‑making for the parade finale

Wellness Zone

  • Free yoga, t’ai chi, meditation, gong healing, post-natal fitness, by local practitioners
  • Mindfulness talks in the open‑air marquee

  • The Eco Quest trail

There will be six food stalls, including two vegan traders, drinks vendors, and a smoothie bar

If you would like a free stall (which will need to have a wellbeing or eco-friendly theme), email wasteteam@bexley.gov.uk or CC Events with the following details:

  • A short description of your stall
  • Whether it's an information stall or if you will be selling items (and what you will be selling)

Lesnes Abbey is situated off the B213 Abbey Road, Abbey Wood. There are two car parks about 10 minutes walk away, situated near Abbey Wood Station, Gayton Road and Felixstowe Road car parks.  There is limited parking can be found on Abbey Road and New Road.
