You will ensure that every phase of the transformation - from initial analysis to final delivery - is focused on improving service delivery and securing long-term value for our residents. This is a truly end-to-end role, integrating the entire lifecycle of transformation: from initial analysis and strategy development , through execution and delivery, right up to establishing robust assurance and governance frameworks. Your role contributes directly to a cohesive model that ensures sustained financial benefit and service improvement for every Bexley resident.
