You will ensure that every phase of the transformation - from initial analysis to final delivery - is focused on improving service delivery and securing long-term value for our residents. End-to-end transformation
You will be joining a permanent, strategically enhanced Unit designed for long-term delivery and impact. We are moving beyond temporary project teams to embed a sustainable, high-performing function that drives organisational change.
This is a truly end-to-end role, integrating the entire lifecycle of transformation: from initial analysis and strategy development , through execution and delivery, right up to establishing robust assurance and governance frameworks. Your role contributes directly to a cohesive model that ensures sustained financial benefit and service improvement for every Bexley resident.
