Civic awards nominations

Use this service if:

• You would like to nominate a person or group of people for one of three Civic Awards Schemes.

 Completion takes around 10 - 15 minutes.

What are the Civic Awards?

The Council has three Civic Awards Schemes to recognise voluntary service to the community and outstanding achievement: 

• Voluntary Service by Young People - aged under 18
• Voluntary Service by Adults - aged over 18
• Outstanding Achievement - all ages
