The officer responsible
The Deputy Director Legal and Democratic Services, who is the Council’s Monitoring Officer, has overall responsibility for the maintenance and operation of this Policy. A record of all concerns raised and the outcomes will be maintained.
The Deputy Director Legal and Democratic Services will report as necessary on the operation of the Policy, but not on individual cases, to the Council’s General Purposes Committee.
