During the summer the Erith Town Partnership hosted its annual festival ‘Erith Made’, which aims to celebrate Erith, local people and places. For the past two years, over 5,000 people have enjoyed the weekend long event ‘Erith Made’ that takes place across indoor and outdoor venues, providing a variety of activities, exhibitions, history
tours and more. A large portion of the ‘Erith Made’ events are free to take part in.

Improvements to Erith High Street by Riverside Gardens are now complete with new paving, improved crossing points, increased areas of green cover and improved bus boarding areas with a newly installed bus shelter. Some areas of Riverside Gardens remain fenced off. The improvement works will begin in these areas once a contractor
has been chosen following the Council’s tendering process. These improvement projects are funded by London Borough of Bexley and Mayor of London’s Good Growth Fund.
