We are preparing a new Customer Experience Strategy for Bexley Council.

It is important that the commitments we make in our new strategy are based on what is important to you, our service users, when you contact us.

Next steps

We will look at everything that people tell us and use this information to inform our new Customer Experience Strategy. We will also write an action plan that will show what things will be done to help us achieve the commitments we make in the strategy.
