Prepayment card providers ‘Prepaid Financial Service’ (PFS) have made us aware of technical issues they are experiencing that has led to some families and adults having problems with the cards used to manage direct payment to carers or care agencies.

PFS have assured us that the problem has been resolved, but we understand that there are still some outstanding issues.
