1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable J Browne Construction on behalf of Thames Water to undertake a rising main replacement, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:

• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Bayliss Avenue, Thamesmead, from No. 7 to the junction with Crossway, Thamesmead – both sides of the carriageway
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Crossway, Thamesmead, just after the bus stop (Lister Walk) to just before the roundabout – on both sides of the carriageway

2. The Order will come into effect on 2 February 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 34 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be required.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable the installation of electrical ducting by SMOP Clean Tech on behalf of Aurora Utilities Limited the effects of which will be the introduction of: No waiting no loading (Parking Restrictions) in Crayford Way from outside 198 to the junction with Mill Place, Crayford
2. The Order will come into effect on 26 January 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 10 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be required
