Time to recognise Survivors of Suicide Loss

Saturday 22 November is International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day. Every year, thousands of families, communities and individuals are devastated by suicide. Grief can leave people feeling isolated, unheard and in need of connection. Don’t feel you have to do this alone.

If you are affected by suicide bereavement, there is support available. Call South East London Suicide Bereavement Service on 07933 393 397 or Survivors of Suicide Bereavement service (SoBS ) on 0300 111 5065.

The Mind in Bexley Crisis Café at 2a Devonshire Road, Bexleyheath, DA6 8DS is open every evening from 6pm to 10pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays. You can drop in whenever you need help, and no appointment is required. NHS 111 (option 2) can provide mental health advice and support.
