We do not use QR codes for parking payments

By making your report, you are helping us to stop criminal scams against motorists. Please just tell us the RingGo zone code and location of the parking facility and we will arrange removal of the QR code.

Before you start

We are not authorised to deal with fake QR codes attached to equipment on private property, e.g. supermarkets. Incidences of suspected fake QR codes on these premises should be reported to the car park operator.
