What is the London Youth Games (LYG)?

The LYG is an annual multi-sport event in which young people from across all 33 London Boroughs compete against each other in sports such as football, athletics, hockey, cricket, badminton, boccia, netball, indoor rowing, cycling, volleyball, swimming, sailing, kayaking, judo, trampolining and tennis. There are also wonderful volunteering opportunities and a real sense of community in taking part.

The LYG gives the opportunity for young people to compete against their peers on a high-level platform in world-class venues.
