Easter Bank Holidays

Collections will take place as normal on Friday 29 March (Good Friday bank holiday).

There will be no collections on Monday 1 April (Easter Monday bank holiday).

Waste and recycling collections have been revised as follows:

Please place your waste and recycling out for collection at the front edge of your property the night before or by 6am on your collection day.

Spring is a time of year when we venture into our wardrobes and begin the cleanout. TRAID now offer a free home collection service in Bexley, so it’s perfect if you have lots of clothes to donate in one go.

This service allows you to book a collection on a day that suits you.

Reuse and Recycling Centres

The Thames Road, Crayford and Maidstone Road, Foots Cray, will be open 7.30am to 4pm.

Please note: Foots Cray is closed on Wednesdays.

Our mini recycling centres throughout the borough are particularly busy over the holiday periods. If the banks are full, please take your recycling home. You may be fined if waste or recycling is fly-tipped around the banks.
