8. Record keeping procedures
The following information:
- Client identification evidence obtained.
- Details of all relevant business transactions carried out for clients.
Must be retained for at least 5 (five) years from the end of the transaction / relationship. This is so that they may be used as evidence in any subsequent investigation by the authorities into money laundering.
