Bexley has identified a wide range of investment opportunities. Ten sustainable development locations offer highly connected and well served areas for sustainable development including 23 allocated housing and mixed use sites with capacity for at least 6,000 units.

There are also over 450 hectares of designated industrial land with the potential for intensification to create more than 260,000 sqm of new commercial floorspace.
