Bellegrove Road, Welling Broadway, Bexleyheath - Notice of Intention
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable an event (charity truck pull) to take place by Welling Town Business Associates they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic – an eastbound directional closure on Bellegrove Road, from the junction with Westwood Lane Welling to Broadway, Bexleyheath outside the kings Arms Public House
- Prohibition of traffic – on Arnsberg Way from the junction with Graham Road to the Junction with Broadway, Bexleyheath
- Traffic management will be under control of the Metropolitan Police in addition they will direct traffic from side roads as and when required during the course of this event.
- The Order will come into effect on 25 July 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 Day (11:45 to 13:15)

Thames Road, Crayford - Notice of Making an Order
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable to undertake remedial works under a Section 278, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Cycle Lane suspension on the southern cycle path starting just west of the Thames Road roundabout with Burnham Road and Bob Dunn Way opposite the entrance to the Bexley Recycling Centre, Crayford.
- The Order will come into effect on 22 July 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 weeks and 5 days.
- Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be provided, cyclists to dismount.
- Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

Colyer’s Lane, Erith- Notice of Making an Order
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable M Group on behalf of Thames Water to install a new water connection, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic on Colyer’s Lane, Erith at the side of 371-375 Bexley Road, Erith
- Banned right turn on Barnehurst Avenue, Erith at the junction with Colyer’s Lane, Erith
- The Order will come into effect on 27 July 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
- Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
- Bexley Road, Avenue Road, Ramsden Road, Colyer’s Lane.
- Erith Road, Merewood Road, Eversley Avenue, Hurstwood Avenue, Colyer’s Lane.

Perry Street, Holmsdale Grove and Mayplace Road East, Erith - Notice of Making an Order
- The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable JDT Utilities on behalf Southern Gas Networks to undertake their Gas Mains Replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- prohibition of traffic on Holmsdale Road at the junction of Perry Street, Erith
- waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Perry Street from No. 15 to the junction with Mayplace Road East
- waiting restriction and Loading prohibition Holmsdale Grove for 30m from the junction with Perry Street, Erith both sides of the carriageway
- waiting restriction and Loading prohibition Mayplace Road East for 30m from the junction with Perry Street, Erith

Notification of an Application for Planning Permission within the Christ Church Conservation Area
Proposed development at 18 Crescent Road Sidcup Kent
I give notice that application is being made by R Lake to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:
Erection of a single storey rear and side extension and conversion of roof space involving alterations to existing roofline and rear dormer extension.

The Bexley (Abbey Wood Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2026
- Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 13 July 2026 made the above-mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
- The general effect of the Bexley (Abbey Wood Station) (Parking Places) (Amendment No. XX) Traffic Order 2026 would be to amend the Bexley (Abbey Wood Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2018 to: reduce the Resident Permit parking place in front of No. 73 Sydney Road.The removed bay will be replaced with a single yellow line operating between 11.00am and 1.00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Copies of the Order which becomes operational on 20 July 2026, the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.
