Viewing planning applications
If you want to view and comment on planning applications you can do so online by visiting the Planning Application Information Online.
- view current and historic planning applications by using a keyword, reference number, postcode or single line of an address
- comment on any current planning application
- register so that you can track applications, save searches and get email notifications
To comment on applications or to receive email notifications, you will need to register your details and follow the User Guide. You can view applications submitted since January 1977, details of enforcement enquiries received and any appeals made against decisions made on planning applications and enforcement cases.

|Property Search||Find out what is happening at a particular address.||Enter part of an address or use the A to Z Street Search option for a listing and then select the address required.|
|View Planning lists||View validated or determining applications over a certain period of time and/or within a certain Ward.||Select Weekly or Monthly lists and the options you would like to see.|
|Registration optional||Utilise the next three options by Registering your details. In doing so you can opt to receive email notifications on applications.||Register your details and create your own personal profile then validate when your confirmation e-mail arrives. Log in on future visits.|
|Comment online||Comment on current planning applications in the London Borough of Bexley.||Select “Make a Public Comment” and complete details as requested (please supply your name and full address) and submit.|
|Save searches||Save time when you next visit the site.||Select “Save Search” and complete details as requested to save your searches for specific properties or areas.|
|Track applications||Keep up-to-date with what is happening to your own application or ones that interest you with e mail alerts.||To track applications, select “Track” for any applications that interest you and then they will appear in your profile each time you log on.|
Written representations on a planning application are available to be viewed on request for a delegated decision once the decision has been issued or for a Committee decision when the item is placed on the Committee agenda. Where representations are requested to be viewed they may be redacted to address GDPR and other requirements.
