Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2024

Alers Road, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable Highway improvement works by JB Riney on behalf London Borough of Bexley, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Prohibition of traffic (road closure) from the junction of Bean Road to the junction of Mount Road
    - No waiting, No loading (parking restriction) from the junction of Bean Road to the junction of Mount Road
  2. The Order will come into effect on 26 Feb and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 Days.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress, Mount Road – Upton Road – Red House Lane and reverse.
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Brook Street, Erith - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable the fitting of a service pipe relay by  Clean R&M - East South on behalf of Thames Water, the effects of which will be the introduction of Prohibition of traffic in Brook Street from outside number 26 to the side of 322 Bexley Road.
  2. The Order will come into effect on 26 Feb 2024  and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 5 Days
  3.  Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
    - Bexley Road – Carlton Road – Brook Street
    - Erith Road – Long Lane – Bedonwell Road – Parsonage Manorway
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Fraser Road, Erith - Notice of Making an Order

  1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable Installation of a high voltage cable by OCU Modos Utilities on behalf of UK Power Networks, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
    - Banned Right Turn into Fraser Road
    - No waiting No Loading in Carlton Road, Erith during diversion
  2. The Order will come into effect on 26 Feb 2024 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 Week.
  3. Whilst the works are in progress an alternate route will be provided via Bexley Road – Carlton Road – Brook Street – Erith Road
  4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
  5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990

Proposed development at Welling United Football Club, Park View Road, Welling

I give notice that application is being made by to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for Redevelopment of the site to provide new Welling FC stadium and accompanying football facilities (Class F2), residential dwellings (Class C3) and commercial uses (Class E), along with associated public realm improvements, car and cycle parking, and refuse and recycling stores.

Explanatory notes not forming part of the description of development.

The proposal relates to a building with a maximum height of 25.5m (8 storeys).

The proposal would provide 104 residential units and 248sqm (GIA) of commercial floorspace.
