1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable JDT on behalf of Southern Gas Networks to undertake their gas mains replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
   - waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Lavernock Road at the junction with Francis Avenue, Bexleyheath
   - waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Francis Avenue, Bexleyheath outside and opposite from No. 1 to outside No. 6
2. The Order will come into effect on 31 July 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 months.
3. Whilst the works are in progress no alternative routes will be required.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable MGroup Ltd on behalf of Thames Water to undertake their trunk mains replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
   - prohibition of traffic – directional closure on Bellegrove Road, Welling from Welling Way to Central Avenue, Welling
   - banned right turn out of Westwood Lane, Welling at the junction with Bellegrove Road, Welling
   - banned right turn out of Welling Way at the junction with Bellegrove Road, Welling
   - banned right turn out of Lulworth Road, at the junction with Bellegrove Road, Welling
   - waiting restriction and Loading restrictions on Bellegrove Road, Welling from Welling Way to Central Avenue, Welling
2. The Order will come into effect on 26 July 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 37 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
   - Welling Way, Rochester Way, East Rochester Way, Danson Road, Park View Road, Welling High Street, Bellegrove Road
   - localised diversion route will be in place for Lulworth Road.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

North Cray Road, Bexley - Notice of Making an Order

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable M Group on behalf of Thames Water to undertake their mains replacement works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
   - prohibition of traffic on North Cray Road, Bexley from the junction with Manor Road to 126 North Cray Road, Bexley - Works to be conducted in two phases. First phase from Manor Road Bexley to the roundabout with Vicarage Road, Bexley. The Second phase is from the roundabout junction Vicarage Road to No. 126 North Cray Road, Bexley.
   - weight restriction on Bexley High Street bridge over the River Cray to be suspended.
2. The Order will come into effect on 27 July 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 39 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be provided via:
   - North Cray Road, Maidstone Road, Birchwood Road, Leyton Cross Road, Oakfield Lane, Old Bexley Lane, Dartford Road, Vicarage Road and vice versa.
   - Bourne Road, East Rochester Way (A2), Old Bexley Lane, Dartford Road, Vicarage Road.
   - Vicarage Road, Dartford Road, Old Bexley Road, East Rochester Way (A2), Southwold Road, Bourne Road.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

   - prohibition of traffic on Iron Mill Lane, Crayford from the junction with Maiden Lane to the junction with Thames Road, Crayford
   - waiting restriction and Loading prohibition from the junction with Maiden Lane to the junction with Thames Road, Crayford (both sides of the carriageway)
2. The Order will come into effect on 3 August 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:

The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable highway improvement works by a Council contractor on behalf of London Borough of Bexley, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
   - prohibition of traffic on Highview Road, Sidcup from the junction with Granville Road to the end of Highview Road, Sidcup
   - waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Highview Road, Sidcup from the junction with Granville Road to the end of Highview Road, Sidcup
2. The Order will come into effect on 3 August 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.

Bellegrove Road, Welling Broadway, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Hereby Give Notice that an order has been made, to enable an event (charity truck pull) to take place by Welling Town Business Associates the effects of which will be the introduction of:
   - prohibition of traffic - an eastbound directional closure on Bellegrove Road, from the junction with Westwood Lane Welling to Broadway, Bexleyheath outside the kings Arms Public House
   - prohibition of traffic - on Arnsberg Way from the junction with Graham Road to the Junction with Broadway, Bexleyheath
   - traffic management will be under control of the Metropolitan Police in addition they will direct traffic from side roads as and when required during the course of this event.
2. The Order will come into effect on 25 July 2026 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 1 Day (11:45 to 13:15)
3. Whilst the event is in progress an alternative route will be available via:
   - Bellegrove Road Diversion - Welling Way - Rochester Way - A2 - Danson Road - Park View Road - Welling High Street

I give notice that application is being made by IREEF LCP Veridion Park JPUT to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for Development of the site for flexible industrial units (Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8) with ancillary offices, including parking, service yards, landscaping and associated works.
