1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, are satisfied that the execution of these works will take longer than the standard 18 months length of the order and in exercise of powers conferred by section 15(2) of the same act, Hereby Give Notice that, to enable special events to take place, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will enable the short closure to vehicular traffic, when required by the Metropolitan Police Service of the roads in Schedule One to this Order between 10:00am and 1:30pm , the effects of which will be the introduction of:

• Prohibition of traffic – Bexleyheath, Crayford, Foots Cray, Bexley, and Sidcup area as per Schedule One of this Order

1. Notice Is Hereby Given that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above titled Traffic Order under Sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.

• Remove the existing Resident Permit Parking Bay in front of Nos 14/16 and 18/20 Stanhope Road, Bexleyheath.
• The section of parking bay proposed to be removed currently operates between 10.00am and 12.00pm, Monday to Friday, this will be replaced with a single yellow line restriction of ’10.00am and 12.00pm Monday to Friday’.
• There is a loss of one parking place.
