The HAF provision delivered a vibrant and varied programme of activities, ranging from cooking and drumming workshops to drama, coding, and animal welfare sessions. Children also took part in a wide range of creative and practical activities, including sewing, tie-dye, painting, mask-making, hair braiding, and personal hygiene care.

Specialist providers further enriched the offer. A dedicated art provider supported children to develop their creativity and artistic skills, while a specialist hair braiding provider taught young people how to braid hair correctly and care for their hair. Older children also had access to a tutoring programme designed to support them in developing key skills needed for certain GCSE exams.
