Delivering Our Strategy

This strategy is a product of all the partners who make up our local Health and Wellbeing Board and Bexley Wellbeing Partnership within our local ICS, and we will develop a single integrated action plan to deliver the priorities and strategic aims of this strategy.

The strategy will be delivered together with partners from across the local NHS, local authority, voluntary and community sector, and with our communities.

Many other strategies and plans connect to this strategy - and while many of them have a different focus or starting point, their content supports the delivery of our health and wellbeing outcomes, and they feature in our joint implementation plans.
