Strategy governance

Implementation of this Strategy will be through the Corporate Core Transformation Programme.

The Transformation Programme structure will provide the operational oversight of delivery of the strategy, with the addition of an annual report to the Information Governance Board setting out overall progress and actions for the next period in relation to the strategy’s priorities.

Action Plan

Delivery of this strategy will be taken forward through existing plans located within the Council’s Corporate Core Transformation Programme, with a specific initial focus on developing our data capacity using a Data Warehouse model and stronger Information Governance development.
