Introduction to the Infrastructure Funding Statement 2023 to 2024
This Infrastructure Funding Statement has been produced in compliance with Regulation 62 of the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations 2010 (as amended).
London Borough of Bexley’s Charging Schedule was approved by the Council on 2 March 2015 and came into effect on 30 April 2015.

This Bexley Infrastructure Funding Statement 2023/2024 sets out the income and expenditure relating to the community infrastructure levy (CIL) and section 106 (s106) agreement contributions that the Council has received for 2023/2024.
Its purpose is to help local communities and developers see how contributions have been spent and understand what future funds will be spent on, ensuring a transparent and accountable system.
The Council is required to produce an infrastructure funding statement at least annually, in accordance with the Community Infrastructure Levy Regulations.
