Proposed development at Former Lamorbey Swimming Centre, 157 Station Road, Sidcup

I give notice that application is being made by Mr D Hunter to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:

Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 15(BREEAM) of planning permission Ref 21/01641/FULM for the Application for a minor material amendment to amend Condition 2 to revise the mix and total number of units, make minor external and massing alterations, the addition of solar panels and automatic opening smoke vents to the roof, vary the quantum of commercial (Gym use) floorspace, revise the landscaping strategy, revise the energy strategy and revise the drainage strategy to parent permission 19/01828/FULM (as amended by 19/01828/FULMMIN02).
