Reporting Mechanisms

In an emergency you should always call 999 and tell the Police. If you have a hearing or speech impairment, use the police textphone service 18000.  

If it is not an emergency, you can report it to a First Responder, including: 

  • The police by calling 101, or by visiting your local police station
  • The Bexley Care Adult Triage Team at the London Borough of Bexley by calling 020 8303 7777 and asking for ‘Screeners’ or email screeners@bexley.gov.uk
  • The Children’s Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) by calling 020 3045 5440
  • The Salvation Army by calling their 24/7 helpline on 0800 808 3733
  • The Community Safety Services Team at the London Borough of Bexley by calling 020 8303 7777 or emailing community.safety@bexley.gov.uk
