1. Schedule of draft fees and charges 2025/26

Each year a set of fees and charges for the coming year are proposed. These fees and charges are published as part of the consultation on the following year's budget before being approved through the annual budget setting process.

This document sets out the draft fees and charges proposed for 2025/26. They incorporate an uplift in line with the Council's charging policy on many services, however, there are some exceptions. The need to avoid odd pennies means that in some cases charges are rounded. The proposed fees and charges also take account of the Council's Charging policy for "chargeable services" is in line with Government guidance and is based on full cost recovery. This means that the maximum charge to the individual is based on the cost incurred by the Council to provide the service.

Unless notified, some statutory fees and charges are assumed to be as 2024/25 and will be updated when notified.
