Gabriel the owner and founder of Perfect Facilities, a cleaning and facilities management company was one of the first enterprises to join the Talking Business Programme in Bexley and receive support from CNT Associates. CNT engaged with him online and he joined the programme in November 2023 providing advice and support to develop a new business plan, so he could re-structure his business which has been trading for 24 years.
CNT also provided advice on social media marketing and helped him structure and manage content on the new Perfect Facilities website. The company’s previous online presence was very limited as they had not updated their business plan in recent years - the business is now ‘geared up for growth’. Gabriel can promote his business to gain more customers, through his new website using the social media techniques that CNT helped him with. He is able to grow his profile and the business gains more orders. Gabriel also has a new business plan which is helping him to monitor the development of his business.
